IGH Property & Pool Management provide 2 levels of service designed to suit all needs , and take away any worry or stress you may have about being absent from your home for long periods .


Complete Package

We offer a complete management package which consists of the following procedures 

  • compile property inventory & regular checks against
  • weekly inspection visit  inside & out 
  • registered official key holder
  • flush toilets / run all taps to prevent stagnant water or odour
  • check all plumbing for leaks etc.
  • check all electrical & appliance operations ( lights ,cooker, tv etc )
  • check windows & grills for operation & security  - air all rooms
  • inspect & examine furnishings  for wear & tear
  • pest control including weekly treatment
  • cleaning of outside patios & terraces including jet wash as required
  • garden care as required including weeding , grass cutting etc
  • minor maintenance including touch up marks or scuffs
  • meet & greet service for your guests with key handover
  • compile property & local area information pack for guests
  • arrival preparation for owners or guests
  • supply of soap , toilets roll etc for  guests
  • call outs to accept deliveries or tradesmen ( up to 1hr waiting time )
  • 24 hour call for alarms
  • listing property on holiday rental sites
  • rental booking administration as required
  • collect any mail and foreward on

The cost for the complete service is 40 euro per month inclusive of all supplies used .

Peace of Mind Service

For properties or apartments which have communal facilities , who don’t require many of the features of our complete service we can offer a second package to reflect these needs.  Our "Peace of Mind Service"  consists of the following procedures .

The cost for the peace of mind service is 10 euro per month

Should clients with our peace of mind service require any additional items from our complete service , these can be quoted for separately.

Cleaning and Laundry Service

To complement our management packages we also carry out a cleaning & laundry service after guest or owner visits.

The cleaning / laundry prices are per clean & include all supplies used .

Please note , we don’t offer “spring cleans” or any other type of periodic super clean – if we are doing our job correctly , then you will not need these types of service !
