Pool Maintenance
For properties with swimming pools we offer a complete management & maintenance program which consists of the following procedures:
- twice weekly visit during June, July & August
- weekly visit September to May
- check pool level – top up as required
- clean steps and handrails
- check chlorine level – adjust as required
- check ph level – adjust as required
- clear all floating debris
- suction vacuum pool
- brush pool bottom & sides
- scrub water / tide line
- clean skimmer filter
- clean pool deck area
- check operation of pump timer
& set for conditions
In addition to these scheduled tasks we will also carry out the following procedures as required:
- shock / superchlorinate to kill off & prevent algae
- check alkalinity & hardness – adjust as required
- clean pump housing filter
- clean & backwash filter ( for sand type filters )
- check cyanuric acid and TDS level - adjust as required
The cost for our pool service is 60 euro per month including all chemicals used.
