IGH Property and Pool Management is owned and operated by Ian & Gillian Hill. After owning and  running a successful business in the UK for 10 years we decided to relocate with our twin daughters Victoria & Rebecca for a new challenge , and to seek a quality of lifestyle and climate that we felt the UK could no longer offer .

 We currently own rental properties in Florida , Spain and Bulgaria , and after instructing  management companies to look after these on our behalf , it soon became clear that there is a real need in the market place for a company that can offer a service to owners which gives them the confidence , and trust that their hard earned investment is being looked after in the best possible way .

As owners ourselves we have been through all the doubts , worry and  stress that owning a second home abroad can bring , with this experience we have listed the common questions that holiday home owners have , together with our answers.
